Accessibility
NJFO welcomes all visitors and strives to make performances accessible to all patrons.
Accessible Seating
Seating areas for patrons in wheelchairs (and their companions) are available at all venues. All performance venues have wheelchair accessible locations that allow patrons to remain in their wheelchairs. Standard chairs can be also be provided if a patron would prefer to transfer out of their wheelchair. We regret that ushers may not physically assist patrons wishing to transfer from wheelchair into theater seats. When ordering tickets, a patron should request one of these locations. Companion seats are also provided in these locations.
External access and accessible restrooms vary depending on the venue. If you have a question regarding accessibility for a specific venue, please contact our Patron Services department at (908) 232-9400 or email patron services@njfestivalorchestra.org

Mobility aids that cannot be stored safely within the patron's seating area, will be stored in the lobby as close as possible to the patron's seat. At intermission, ushers will make every effort to check with patrons if assistance is needed in getting to restroom entrances. At the conclusion of the performance, ushers are available to assist patrons to the lobby.
